The successful experience of automating business processes of KNGK-INPZ became the topic of conversation at the 8th 1C:ERP Business Forum.
Tamara Vidovskaya, Director of the Development and Automation Department, told the participants about how our company began to improve planning and reporting through the 1C: ERP Holding Management program.
She pointed out that the main goal of the project was to simplify key business processes, make them transparent at any stage, consolidate various tasks in one information system and reduce the time for reporting and control.
The project started in 2020 and now it has been possible to fully automate the processes of operational and warehouse accounting, calculation of production and commercial cost of products, preparation of reports for the largest taxpayers. For example, in the new program, accountants can calculate the cost of each batch of petroleum products in the context of installations. Before the introduction, this was not possible even manually.
The processes of treasury and budgeting are at the stage of pilot operation. The introduction of improvements to automate procurement procedures is being tested. As early as next month, it is planned to transfer the approval of purchase orders and contracts from the electronic document management system to the 1C: ERP.UH program.
In 2022, the developers will have to launch a program for the preparation of consolidated reporting and reporting in accordance with the international standard, as well as make the transition to electronic document management with counterparties.
