KNGK-INPZ rates one of the top ten enterprises in terms of labor protection

Following the results of 2020 the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia summed up the results of all-Russian competition for the best organization of work in the area of working conditions and labor protection “Success and Safety-2021”.
KNGK-INPZ was included in the TOP-10 companies in Russia in the nomination “The best organization in the field of labor protection among organizations in the manufacturing sector (with more than 500 employees)” out of 367 participating enterprises.
They took the 2nd place in the Krasnodar region ranking, losing only to Gazprom Transgaz Krasnodar. The department of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection, the fire safety department has been headed by Ilona Kharakoz for almost 10 years. Ecologists, firefighters, a classroom, a first-aid post and an industrial control service work under her supervision.
All conditions for healthy work have been created for the employees of the Ilsky Oil Refinery and everyone strictly follow safety regulations. As a result, there is a high assessment of professionalism at the federal level. The Success and Safety competition has been held since 2016. Departments of labor protection and industrial safety from all over the country share their best practices to improve working conditions of employees, explain how they reduce the level of industrial injuries and occupational diseases in organizations. — The Occupational Safety and Health Department of the Ilsky Oil Refinery is a large close-knit team, where everyone is a professional expert with wide experience. We have a great responsibility: from strict compliance with the legislation of all production processes to the environmental situation and psychological climate.
