KNGK-INPZ employees became a part of events dedicated to the Day of Oil and Gas Industry

Prior to their professional holiday, Ilsky Oil Refinery employees implemented several social initiatives:

Ecology

Following the motto “Progress in harmony with nature”, KNGK-INPZ employees made their contribution to the greening of Kuban region. 50 young plane trees appeared on the territory of the Refinery. These trees live for over two thousand years and have a beneficial effect on the environment. Their lush crown clears the atmosphere of carbon dioxide and other harmful impurities, a powerful root system strengthens the soil.

Donorship

More than 70 KNGK-INPZ and partner companies employees became blood donors dedicating this action to the Day of Oil and Gas Industry. Transportable complex operated on the territory of Ilsky Refinery, Krasnodar office team visited the blood transfusion station. Oil refiners responded to the call for help and donated their blood to the most needy – cancer patients, patients with burn injuries and anemia, people who have undergone surgery.

Art-object

Creation of an environmental art object on the territory of Ilsky Refinery has become another good deed implemented by the company’s team. As a result of cooperation with the famous artist Georgy Kurinov, of the factory walls surface’s is now decorated with spectacular graffiti.

During the daylight, workers from different departments learned the art of graffiti, filling in a complex drawing with special paint. Technological installations, reservoirs, rich flora and fauna of the Kuban region, “came alive” on a concrete canvas greeting everyone entering Ilsky Refinery.

Andrey Tagirov, Deputy General Director for Production, noted that the new art object reflects the main values of the company and reminds of the responsible mission of a Human – to protect and preserve nature.
