In late September, employees of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (RSU) visited Ilsky Refinery. Yulia Repina, lecturer in Theoretical Electronics and Motorization of Oil and Gas Industry, Karine Aleksanyan, lecturer in Organic and Petroleum Chemistry, Olga Stokolos, dean deputy, arrived to the plant within the scope of advanced training in the subject of “Upgrade and automation of oil product manufacturing processes at Ilsky Refinery.”
RSU employees had a study trip involving visits to and familiarization with such facilities as CODAP, AT-5 plant, oil and oil product discharge and filling shop, main laboratories, and treatment plants.
Olga Stokolos expressed a wish to find a possibility for RSU students to have on-the-job training at Ilsky Refinery. All questions of the guests regarding specifics of oil refinery plant operation and development and production facility security grade were answered.
