President of KNGK-INPZ Yury Shamara took part in the joint meeting of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Trustees of MGIMO University chaired by the Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
The participants discussed the university development strategy for the years 2020–2025 providing for changes in the application policy and academic programs.
According to Yury Shamara, who is an MGIMO graduate and a member of the Board of Trustees, a new financial and economic model of the university involves significant investment in scientific research and future development of the university and its infrastructure.
President of KNGK-INPZ also mentioned that the company is ready to provide all the necessary financial support to the MGIMO.
KNGK-INPZ and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations are engaged in the promotion of mutually beneficial cooperation. The company management supports educational and cultural initiatives of the university, whereas our colleagues have a great opportunity to upgrade their qualification and to participate in MBA educational programs of the university.
In 2019 – the MGIMO anniversary year – the company supported the publication of a special issue of its corporate journal.
